Garauld's backrest

Just installed the Garauld backrest and couldn’t be happier. Gary was a pleasure to work with and the backrest is well-made and attractive, all at a price half of what some other backrest manufacturers are selling theirs for. And from the time I initially contacted Gary until delivery was only 5 days!

Thank you, Gary!

Looks good! Do you have a stiffy kit installed?

Have you considered installing a stiffy kit?

Nope, not yet. Haven't got enough miles yet to know what to do next to the bike- perhaps a seat is next.

Personally, I would install the Yamaha heavy aluminum rack and then a broken rear subframe is no longer a concern. My .02
