There is NO Perfect Shield. What one man loves another man hates.

That said, are you riding a Gen3? That will make a difference.

These pics are for the Gen3, if you have a Gen2 I have info on that also.

Never run out of ideas, traction, and real estate at the same time.

With a helibridge installed, I haven't found a shield where I don't get notable buffeting. It's less pronounced with a Cee Bailey barn door. Notable with the Yamaha touring screen, but I deal with it most of the year.

I ride with a Cee Baily Huge with a flip. I like it.

I don't have a factory or touring screen to compare to but I'll help how I can.

This weekend, I changed my oil/filter/FD fluid, changed my air filter (evidently, at 45k miles, it was overdue), and put a new phone holster on the dash. With the cold snap going on right now, I'm tempted to go put my Cee Bailey barn door back on for a week until this snap passes.

I have Cee B's on my honda's and like them very much but I prefer CalSci for the FJR.

Yamaha Touring is a good value but its a bit narrow at 70 MPH. And it flexes in the wind. No qualms with it below 60 or 65 MPH.

National Cycle makes my Yamaha touring screen. The midsize you mention looks vaguely similar. Their quality surpasses the stock joke shield as well as that of Cee Bailey. Don't know how flow would work for you.

I have this one ( N20308 ) as well as the huge CB. Just put the V-stream on this winter and have no highway miles on it yet - just 40 miles around town, but that light grey tint looks fantastic on my Grey '13. I have the Helibridge risers too, and i could not get clean air behind the CB Tall at freeway speed. I just think im sitting too far back from the shield with the riser. Build quality is slightly better with the NC and it is polycarbonate, while the CB is acrylic, so the NC is more impact resistant.
Looking forward to determining which is better on the freeway, but i suspect neither will be great.

Im still fascinated that Rifle has not made a shield for the genIII !
