I'm done with the other forum

As anyone who sees it can guess from my new avatar and sig over there, I'm done with them. I wish an ongoing project well and ruminate that it may have farther reaching implications and I get censored for going off topic? To **** with that. In the unlikely event that anyone over there is looking to reach me, I'll still be here (despite the spammers) and on the larger facebook groups (enthusiasts, owners, and NSFW).

8 drafts later and I've removed most of the pointless ranting and profanity. I feel a bit better now.

Move along! Nothing to see here!

Truthfully, I get a little frustrated with the leadership over there as well.

And that's all I've got to say on the subject

Just keepin' up with traffic, Officer.

There was a time when they were the best game in town. That hasn't been true for a very long time. Used to be you could get the best technical information and advice there too. That hasn't been true for a very long time as well. To steal words from Edwin Star, "what is it good for? Absolutely nuthin'"

I like both sites. There is much more activity on the other site, plenty of good information and helpful people. I don't feel compelled to make a choice.

He is, and he's the main reason I'm gone. This isn't the first time he's done this to me, but it certainly is his last. They're free to run their boards however they want. Not my place to say it should be run any other way. Just like dealing with a raging cager, I know when to just let it go and walk away.
FJR Steve, Madmudder and mmm like this.

I think most of us who have ever posted have had the privilege with a certain Admin!
Don't let it get to you, just laugh and carry on.
