Alaska Bound Again

In the true nature of Karma, my friends could not join me last year to Alaska but as soon as I got back offered to join me this year.
I will be leaving SC on Thursday meeting with them in Missouri on Friday. If you care to follow along, here's a link to my SPOT locator:

I went this early a few years ago and found that many motels and gas stations were just opening for the year and running on short hours, especially for gas. Stations opened later in the morning and closed earlier in the evening making potential waits for gas. Simce I had my RT at the time and a 300 mile range I was able to work it out without having to wait. Just an FYI...

The best days to ride end in "Y"

EPIC!

Have a great trip!

EDIT: I see you are doing a lot of BC, but I don't see Alaska on the map. Either way, looks awesome...took a little trip to BC last year...spectacular scenery. Again...you will have some great memories from this one.

We will be visiting both Haines and Hyder Alaska. The furthest most northern point will be the Sign Post Forest in the Yukon.
