Akmar recently called, he had been suspiciously absent lately. He found a sweetie in northern New Mexico late spring and they decided to vacation on the Florida beaches this summer. But Akmar could only stay away from weapons so long. After getting his fill of love, he broke out his Weapons of Mass Destruction. He wanted to fully test them and since he was in the keys, he just aimed to the southern ocean. He had some "Special" stuff - developed right here in Los Alamos. Next thing you know - hurricane after hurricane. He didn't realize what he was doing. Anyway, Akmar saw the Tumbleweed photo above and was infuriated. The made a special call to the fellow above (code name Boo) to help you David. Your tumbleweed problem should be taken care of soon. Akmar will be headed back to New Mexico to "Clear the way" for our Sept 25th ride.

Just be careful when dealing with Mika, (code name Boo). He has a little problem with crystal meth. After a few nights awake hunting KNTWs he tends to start firing that minigun at everything that moves. Best to let him have a clear free fire zone to work in. Of course, if you get him to ride on the front of David1300's FJR, there will be no problem riding a BBG! |

Congratulations! You are well on your way to achieving the heighths of the immortals. I don't know how you all have the time or ability to rise to these exploits. I will continue to "gaze from afar" in amazement and wonder. @ocfjr, I've always thought of David as infamous. Is he now reduced to merely famous? |

@Madmike - No, while it's only possible to become famous, once you're infamous, you just keep getting more infamous, eventually infamy becomes your friend. |

Well done David. I read your tale when you first posted and and I must admit...sounds like a great trip. If I make it to New Mexico in June, I will be plodding my first SS1000 myself. BB Gold...order up.
